The fruit we sell is controlled by independent laboratories. In this way we assure that no residues exist above the legal parameters. Controls on outgoing goods at our packhouses guarantee that legal and customer-specific requirements are maintained.
In addition, we are certified according to QS-Gap (growers, packhouses) and International Featured Standard (IFS). They stand for both, transparency and safety.
Basis for a certification is an efficient and completely implemented quality management system. The basic principle of the control system for the monitoring food safety is a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point-Plan, briefly HACCP plan. The HACCP system is used as instrument in order to find out biological, physical and chemical dangers and to direct them to the so-called critical checkpoints by determination of appropriate measures. We focus on quality from growing the fruit to the delivery of the fruit which we assure by standards such as IFS-Broker, QS and in respect of organic fruity by the organic certificate. These certificates can be sent on request.
